For the second day of Salads, I made a sprouted Moong Salad with vegetables. Sprouting the moong makes it very healthy and with crunchy onions and carrot, it makes a very filling salad.
With kids having their diwali holidays, they spend their time planning on playing with the crackers. Then the evenings spent catching up with the tele. I have given up on crackers long back. And it wasn’t a big time other than all of us coming together at one place.
