Notes behind this Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe:
Anyway, I baked this Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe with condensed milk a while ago. After baking it, I realized it apt to call this a basic recipe to follow for a chocolate cake. My basic go-to recipe is this recipe using condensed milk and aerated cola for a long time.
After baking this cake, I checked if I have already shared this recipe. Seeing I am yet to share, I decided to make it for their evening snack.
I know my kids' love for these chocolate cakes is shown by the number of chocolate recipes on this blog. I seriously had to plan more when Athamma asked for an extra cake to be ordered for Konda's birthday. She said she was going crazy thinking about what to give the kids during evening times.
I requested Hubby dear to order more chocolate cake as we had our nephew and niece were with us. I didn't realize they don't like chocolate cake. So imagine the masti the kids had with nobody else to share. I couldn't bake a cake myself as I was already making so many other dishes.
Then it was my parents' anniversary and decided I would make an eggless cake. By default, I made three layer ganache microwave 3-minute chocolate cake, not thinking they might want another flavour. I even did a design with gems. For all the artist I am, the design I did on top didn't showcase.
Anyway parents loved the cake and that's what mattered. They had got a store-bought cake as well, which had three layers with chocolate icing. On eating the cake, Peddu asked if I baked it. He said it was fantastic hearing it was store-bought. A moment later he looked at me, said my cake was very good as well. Well, my boy can sweet talk for sure. And Chinnu gave me a sloppy kiss with cake and all! That surely made my day!
That MW 3 minute cake recipe is for another day, enjoy this for today!
