When ready to assemble, take the serving bowl, dip the papdi into sweet curds, or pour curds over it.
over this add Imli sonth chutney, pudina chutney, kala namak, and chaat masala.
You can finish this off by repeating the process.
Typically in the chaat shop, they also serve a Vada served in the same process.
I skipped serving the papdi with vada.
