Heat a nonstick pan with 2 tbsp ghee and roast the paneer cubes until it turns golden. Remove to a bowl.
To the same pan, add the onion paste, ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes.
When the masala is well cooked and oil comes out on the sides, which takes about 2 to 3 minutes, add all the spices along with salt.
Cook on high and mix well. Add curds and 2 tbsp water and simmer till the mix is well cooked and smooth.
Now, add the roasted paneer and toss well.
Cook on high flame until all the masala coats the paneer well, add the remaining tbps of ghee and finely chopped coriander leaves.
