  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar powdered
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • A Pinch Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Milk add water if required
  • Butter as required
  • Condensed Milk as required for topping

  • Take all the ingredients except milk, and mix well.
  • Slowly add the milk and make a thin batter, if required add water.
  • Since I was running short of milk and making with 3 cups of flour, I added 2 parts milk, 1 part water.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a nonstick pan and add butter.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter and swirl for the batter to coat the pan.
  • Simmer the flame and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Flip to the other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve hot with condensed milk drizzled on top.
