Ingredients

  • 4 nos Bread Slices
  • 8 nos Grilled Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum roasted and seasoned
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Onions roasted and seasoned
  • 2 nos Cheese Slices
  • Pepper to Taste
  • Pizza Sauce as required
  • Italian Seasoning as required
  • Butter as required

Instructions

  • First of all, toast the bread with butter on both sides.
  • Spread the cream cheese on top of one slice.
  • Similarly, spread the pizza sauce on another slice. Spread the sauce evenly all over the slice.
  • Finally, top the slice with pizza sauce with grilled paneer, roasted onions, and capsicum.
  • Now sprinkle the seasons and place the cheese over it and cover it with the slice with cream cheese.
  • Finally, press well and grill again until it becomes crispy.
