Ingredients

For the Sandwich

  • 4 nos Bread Slices
  • 2 nos Cheese Slices
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Sandwich Masala
  • 2 tsp Mint Chutney

For the Aloo Masala

  • 4 nos Potato
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 3 nos Green Chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • A Pinch Turmeric Powder

Instructions

For the Aloo Masala

  • Pressure cook the potatoes till soft, peel the skin and mash well.
  • Heat a Kadai with butter, add the ginger garlic paste, green chilies and saute well.
  • Now add salt, turmeric powder, and mashed potatoes. Mix well and switch off.

Assembling the Sandwich

  • Toast the bread in butter and on the side, spread the aloo masala.
  • On the other toast, spread the mint chutney, sprinkle sandwich masala and the cheese slice.
  • Please this slice over the other, press well and grill it well.
