4nos Bread Slices
2nos Cheese Slices
2tspButter
1tspSandwich Masala
2tspMint Chutney
For the Aloo Masala
4nos Potato
2tspButter
3nos Green Chilies
1/2tspGinger Garlic Paste
A Pinch Turmeric Powder
Instructions
For the Aloo Masala
Pressure cook the potatoes till soft, peel the skin and mash well.
Heat a Kadai with butter, add the ginger garlic paste, green chilies and saute well.
Now add salt, turmeric powder, and mashed potatoes. Mix well and switch off.
Assembling the Sandwich
Toast the bread in butter and on the side, spread the aloo masala.
On the other toast, spread the mint chutney, sprinkle sandwich masala and the cheese slice.
