Wash and slash potatoes on over and microwave for 4 to 5 mins. Soak in water and peel the skin. Cube into smaller pieces.
Heat a nonstick pan with cooking oil, saute the onions, then add ginger garlic paste till well done.
Cook it on high flame, add tomato puree. Add salt and turmeric powder. Simmer with the lid slightly covering it.
Then, add all the spice powders and stir everything together and slightly cover with the lid. Cook for 10 mins till you get a thick consistency.
Add water as required, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 mins.
Serve with Pulao or Roti.
