  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Mixed Nuts Powder Cashew, Pista and Almond
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Apple Puree
  • 1/4 cup Banana Puree
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder


  • Powder the nuts and keep it aside.
  • Make a puree of apple, banana and add to the flour.
  • Add the nuts powder and fold the entire mixture.
  • Microwave the chopped dark chocolate for 1 min in 30 secs spurts.
  • Add this to the batter and gently fold into the batter. Finally, add the baking powder and gently fold in.
  • Grease the mini muffin tray with oil.
  • Preheat the oven at 185 C.
  • Fill the molds to 3/4th with the batter.
  • Bake the muffins at 185 C for 12 mins.
  • Let it rest before removing.
