Ingredients

  • 1 large Mango Raw 1 cup boiled
  • 2 Cardamom crushed
  • 1/4 cup Sugar / Jaggery increase as per taste
  • A Pinch Pepper Powder
  • A Pinch Black Salt Kala Namak
  • Few Mint Leaves crushed
  • Few Lemon Slices

Instructions

  • Wash and pressure cook the raw mango with enough water.
  • Once the pressure falls down, remove the skin and make a pulp.
  • Add all the spices along with crushed mint leaves
  • Add the sweeter and mix well. Let this sit in the fridge to get chilled.
  • Serve chilled
