  • 1/ 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese 1-inch thick slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 /2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Cooking Oil for deep frying


  • Wash and cube the cheese to the desired size.
  • Make a thick batter with flour, salt and pepper. Have the breadcrumbs ready
  • Heat the oil in kadai
  • Dip the cheese cubes into the batter, shake off excess batter and roll it into breadcrumbs.
  • Gently drop these into hot oil and cook on all sides.
  • Drain to a kitchen towel and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
