  • 2 Bread Slices
  • 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • Walnut Praline as required
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 2 tsp Sugar


  • Whip the cream with sugar and chill
  • Cut the bread slices into quaters and roast over pan with ghee till it turns crispy.
  • Place the roasted bread into the serving glasses, pour the condensed milk over it.
  • top again with bread and then layer the whipped cream
  • Finally top it with walnut praline
