3cupsPuffed Rice/ Borugullu / Muramura
2mediumPotatoboiled and chopped
1/2cupMangoRaw, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Boil the potatoes, peel and finely grate. Grate the carrots and mangoes, keep everything aside.
In the serving bowl, take a ladleful of puffed rice, sev, roasted peanuts, onions, tomatoes, boiled peanuts, matri or puri, little coriander leaves and mix everything well.
Finally, serve the mixed Bhel on the plate, top with Sev and serve.
Since this Bhel is made without chutneys, this can be easily prepared by the Kids under your supervision. I used microwave for boiling the potatoes and peanuts.Rest of the ingredients are used as such.
