Ingredients

  • 3 cups Puffed Rice / Borugullu / Muramura
  • 1 cup Sev
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts roasted
  • 1 cup Matri
  • 2 medium Potatoes boiled and chopped
  • 1 medium Onions finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Raw Mango finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts boiled
  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes, peel and finely grate. Grate the carrots and mangoes, keep everything aside.
  • In the serving bowl, take a ladleful of puffed rice, sev, roasted peanuts, onions, tomatoes, boiled peanuts, matri or puri, little coriander leaves and mix everything well.
  • Finally, serve the mixed Bhel on the plate, top with Sev and serve.

Notes

  • Since this Bhel is made without chutneys, this can be easily prepared by the Kids under your supervision. I used microwave for boiling the potatoes and peanuts.
  • Rest of the ingredients are used as such.
