Ingredients
3cupsPuffed Rice/ Borugullu / Muramura
1cupSev
1/2cupPeanutsroasted
1cupMatri
2mediumPotatoesboiled and chopped
1mediumOnionsfinely chopped
1mediumTomatofinely chopped
1/2cupRaw Mangofinely chopped
1/2cupCarrotgrated
1/2cupPeanutsboiled
1cupCoriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, peel and finely grate. Grate the carrots and mangoes, keep everything aside.
In the serving bowl, take a ladleful of puffed rice, sev, roasted peanuts, onions, tomatoes, boiled peanuts, matri or puri, little coriander leaves and mix everything well.
Finally, serve the mixed Bhel on the plate, top with Sev and serve.
Notes
Since this Bhel is made without chutneys, this can be easily prepared by the Kids under your supervision. I used microwave for boiling the potatoes and peanuts.
