Creamy Cheese Sauce | How to make Homemade Cheese Sauce
This homemade creamy cheese sauce is so quick to make in your own kitchen and is better than any store-bought sauce. You can serve this as a dip for fries, burgers, sandwiches, and just about anything.

Ingredients Needed for Homemade Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Corn Flour
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 11/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
How to make Homemade Cheese Sauce
In a nonstick pan, melt the butter. Add flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Slowly add milk making sure to whisk well after pouring in.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
Continue to cook over low heat, whisking continually until slightly thick.
Mix the cornflour with 1/4 cup water. Slowly add to the pan and combine everything well.
Remove from heat, and add cheeses. Stir until melted.
Whisk well and store in an airtight container. Serve as a dip.
