Instructions
Cut the rotis into triangles and deep fry until crispy.
For roasted vegetables, heat a pan with oil, saute the vegetables until done, sprinkle the spice powders, keep it aside.
Grate the cheese and keep it aside.
I simply used the chickpea from the Chana Masala I had, you can use any masala lentil handy or replace it with roasted paneer.
