Ingredients

  • 10 gms Black Peppercorns
  • 5 gms Allspice
  • 10 gms Cloves
  • 50 gms Cinnamon / Cassia Bark
  • 14 - 15 gms Nutmeg
  • 13 - 15 gms Green Cardamom Pods
  • 13 gms Bay Leaf
  • 31 gms Star Anise

Instructions

How to make Arabic Spice Blend

  • Dry the spices on a plate. Grate the nutmeg and then grind all the spices together to a fine powder.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer and remove when you want to use.
  • I used it in making theseĀ Rajma Kabab.
  • I measured each ingredients in scale.
