In a thick bottom pan, melt the sugar and butter together. Melt the chocolate in the microwave mode for 30 secs - 1 min, taking care that you don't burn it.
Stir it well so that you do proper tempering and it's cooled down.
Now the sugar and butter are getting cooked, keep stirring, and make sure you get a thick syrup. The ladle you use when you lift it out, the syrup should coat it. It takes about 8 - 10 mins.
Use a silicone mould for the best results as you can simply remove it easily. Pour the sugar syrup and let it cool down completely. Pour the melted chocolate over the sugar syrup and cool.
Once it sets, you can chop into smaller pieces.
