Parboil the corn kernels and mash it roughly.
Microwave the potatoes for 4 mins, peel and mash well.
Transfer the corn paste, mashed potato to a bowl.
Add garlic paste, salt, green chilli paste, chilli flakes, coriander leaves and mix well.
Divide into equal balls, pat down into 3 inch cakes or discs.
Heat a nonstick pan, grease with cooking oil and cook the patties on both sides till crispy.
