Ingredients
1/2kgPotatoesyou can use baby potatoes
4tspCooking Oil
1tspCumin Seeds
1tspFennel Seeds
1tspSesame Seeds
2 - 3Dry Red Chillies
A PinchAsafoetida
1/2tspChilli flakes
1/4tspTurmeric Powder
1/2tspRed Chilli Powder
1/2tspDry Mango Powder
1tspCoriander Powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
Pressure cook the potatoes and peel. If using baby potatoes, you need not cut the potatoes, else make small cubes.
Heat a nonstick pan with cooking oil.
Temper with cumin seed, fennel, sesame seeds, hing and whole red chilli.
Saute for a minute and then add all the spice powders.
