For each Dodo you can use one large cup of flour.
In a wide bowl, take all the ingredients.
Bring the water to a boil and carefully add to the flour.
Mix using a spoon until it mixes well. Then carefully knead to a soft dough using your palm.
Heat a tawa, then divide the dough into smaller balls, if you want.
Pat well between your palms, you can wet your palms with water to avoid the dough sticking to your palm.
Then carefully place this on the how tawa and further pat it down to a thin roti.
You can pat this down on a plastic sheet if you are not able to pat it with your palm.
Sprinkle the oil over the roti and cook over low flame for the roti to get cooked well.
Flip it over to the other side and cook well.
Serve with pickle and curds.
