Ingredients
For Masala Cut Mirchi
5Mirapakaya Bajji
Lime Juiceas required
1medium Onionsfinely chopped
Coriander leavesas required
2tspMasala Powder
For the Masala powder
2tspFried Gram PowderPappula Podi
1tspRed Chilli powder
2Garlic
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cut the Mirapakaya Bajji into small pieces.
Heat Oil in a kadai, deep fry the bajjis till they are slightly brown and crispy
Heat a pan with oil, saute the onions, add the hot cut mirchis, sprinkle the spice powder, salt and coriander leaves.
Just before serving sprinkle lime juice on the cut mirchi.
