Masala French Fries Recipe

Masala French Fries recipe is delicious spicy masala fries tossed with Indian spices. This makes a very addictive party starter. When paired with Burgers, you can't just stop with one!

Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes big
  • Cooking Oil for deep Frying
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt / Kala Namak

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the outer skin and soak in water until you slice them.
  • Slice into long 1/2 inch fingers and soak in water.
  • Heat a kadai with cooking oil. Gently drop in batches and cook on low flame until you get crispy fingers.
  • Drain using a slotted ladle and transfer to a kitchen towel.
  • Once you complete the whole batch, transfer to a wide bowl and drizzle cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and black salt as required.
  • Toss everything well to make sure all the fries are coated with spice powders.
  • Serve hot with a dip on the side.
