Microwave Roasted Spicy Almond | Easy and Quick Snack for Kids

Instructions

  • Take half cup of almonds in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Add two drops of cooking oil, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder. Toss it around.
  • Microwave for a minute. Let it rest for few minutes.
  • It becomes very crunchy and crisp, not to mention spicy snack to munch.
