In a bowl, take all the ingredients and mix well. The consistency should quite loose and not very pouring consistency, but fairly enough.
Grease the Microwave bowl with cooking oil, just before adding the batter, add the ENO. Gently stir well.
Pour the batter into the bowl and pat down.
Microwave for 3 mins. Open and turn around, again Microwave for 2 mins.
Let it rest for couple of mins.
Now, in another microwave bowl, add 1 - 2 tsp of cooking oil, add mustard, sesame seeds. Microwave for 30 secs.
When done, add 2 tbsp water along with 1/4 tsp sugar. Microwave for 1 Min.
Once done, pour this over the cooked Dhokla.
Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
