2cupsAll Purpose Flour
Salt to taste
1tspSambar Powder
1tspBaking Soda
Pepper to taste
1cupSpinachfinely chopped
3 - 4 Green Chiliesfinely chopped
1cupOnionsfinely chopped
1cupTomatofinely chopped
Water as required to make a batter
Cooking Oilfor deep frying
Instructions
Take all the ingredients in a bowl.
Slowly add water to make a thick smooth batter.
Heat a kadai with cooking oil, when it becomes hot, reduce to medium flame.
Drop a tablespoon of batter at a time into the hot oil and fry the fritters turning frequently until golden brown.
Using a slotted ladle, remove the fritters and drain to a kitchen towel.
