Nutella Chocolate Mug Cake
Nutella Chocolate Mug Cake is one for those quick dessert cravings you might have. With the delicious addition of Nutella and cocoa powder, this is a sinful treat.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 to 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk add 1 tbsp more if required
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the Nutella, milk and vegetable oil and mix well. Add more milk if the batter is thick.
- Pour batter into a microwave safe mug.
- Microwave for 60 seconds. Rest for few seconds, and then again microwave for 30 secs.
Notes
All microwave results are different, so ideally to have a safe result, microwave for first for 60 secs, check and again microwave for 30 secs.
My Microwave is 800 watts and I cook on 100% power. If you want you can add other spreads as well, which of course will become a different mug cake.
