Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk add 1 tbsp more if required
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Combine all the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the Nutella, milk and vegetable oil and mix well. Add more milk if the batter is thick.
  • Pour batter into a microwave safe mug.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds. Rest for few seconds, and then again microwave for 30 secs.

Notes

All microwave results are different, so ideally to have a safe result, microwave for first for 60 secs, check and again microwave for 30 secs.
My Microwave is 800 watts and I cook on 100% power. If you want you can add other spreads as well, which of course will become a different mug cake.
