Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • A Pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Milk 3/4 cup to 1 cup approx. (as required to make a flowing consistency)
  • 1 tsp Butter per pancake
  • 2 tsp Nutella per pancake

Instructions

How to make Stuffed Nutella Pancake

  • In a bowl, take in the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder. Slowly add in milk and beat to make a flowing batter consistency. Let it sit for 15 mins.
  • Heat a nonstick pan with butter, pour one ladleful of batter, simmer and let it get cooked. After 2 mins, drop the Nutella in the centre and pour another ladleful of batter over it.
  • Continue cooking in simmer, gently flip to the other side. Cook for another 2 mins.
  • Carefully press down to ensure the pancake is cooked all over.
  • Gently transfer to a serving plate.
