1cupPaneer / Crumbed Rasgulla
1/2cupCondensed Milk
2tspCoconut Fresh
Instructions
Drain the rasgullas from the sugar syrup and chop it into smaller bits.
Pulse it for a couple of times to get fine grained paneer.
Transfer to a bowl, add the condensed milk and blend well.
Refrigerate for 10 mins before you make laddoos.
When ready, pinch out small bits of the prepared mixture and roll into laddoos or balls.
Then roll these over the fresh coconut and again let it sit for 10 mins before serving.
