Wash the tomatoes and make a puree
Heat a nonstick pan with olive oil.
Add crushed garlic and saute well.
Next, add the minced onions and keep sauteing till it turns slightly brown.
Now add the tomato puree along with tomato sauce. Add salt.
Simmer and cook with lid covered for 15 to 20 mins, while you keep stirring to make sure it doesn't burn.
When the tomato puree is well cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 10 mins.
Cook until the sauce thickens. Allow to cool down and store well.
