When you are ready to make the Ellu Chutney (Sesame Seeds Chutney Recipe), we can soak tamarind in very little water. Hot water is best as you can extract more.
We will have to dry roast urad dal until lightly. Add in the white black sesame seeds, dry chilies, and saute until aromatic.
Remove and allow to cool down.
In the mixer jar, add fresh coconut, roasted peanuts, and tamarind extract along with salt and pulse it a couple of times.
Next, add the roasted sesame seeds along with dry red chilies and urad dal.
Pulse it first to make sure it gets powdered well.
Next, add water as required and grind to a fine paste.
Make sure all the ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
