Ingredients

  • 2 Bread Slices
  • 1/2 cup Paneer / Cottage Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Onions
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • A Pinch Turmeric powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Heat a tawa and toast the bread slices with ghee applied on both sides, on low flame.
  • Meanwhile in another tawa, heat oil saute the onions, green chilies for few minutes.
  • Then add the grated paneer along with spices and combine well.
  • Saute for a couple of minutes and switch off.
  • Top the toasted bread slices with Paneer Bhurji and serve for breakfast.
