Ingredients
For the Pizza Dough
370gmAll Purpose Flour
240gmMilk
2tbspSugar
1 & 1/2tspInstant Yeast
1 & 1/2tspBaking Powder
1tbspCooking Oil
1/2tspSalt
For the Topping
1cupPizza Sauce
1cupPaneer / Cottage Cheese
1 tspPepper Cumin Powder
1/2cupOnions
1/2cupCapsicum
1/4cupCorn Kernels
Italian Seasoning
Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
1tbspButter
Other Ingredients
1cupMozzarella Cheese
1cupCheddar Cheese
Instructions
For the Dough
Mix all the ingredients and knead the bread dough until smooth and shiny.
Let it rise in a greased bowl for an hour or it doubles in size.
Pinch out balls and take one ball and dust well.
Roll the dough into 6 inch disc. Grease a 6 inch nonstick tawa and place the dough over it.
Cover the tawa with a lid and cook on sim for about 10 mins.
