Instructions
How to make Homemade Cheese Sauce
In a nonstick pan, melt the butter. Add flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Slowly add milk making sure to whisk well after pouring in.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
Continue to cook over low heat, whisking continually until slightly thick.
Mix the cornflour with 1/4 cup water. Slowly add to the pan and combine everything well.
Remove from heat, and add cheeses. Stir until melted.
Whisk well and store in an airtight container. Serve as a dip.
