The homemade creamy cheese sauce is so quick to make in your own kitchen and is better than any store-bought sauce. You can serve this as a dip for fries, burgers, sandwiches, and just about anything.
I normally make the White sauce, Cream Cheese, Eggless Mayonnaise Sauce at home and never get from the store. I do have it stocked all-time through in my fridge. My kids are very fond of these dips and want them when I make French Fries or any of the fries they love enjoying for snacks.
When I planned for a Pajama Party as part of my Thali Theme last year, I had all my kids favorite included in the menu. Both Konda and Peddu love Burgers and Pizzas. So I got in a fusion that combined both as Burger Pizza. The menu had open sandwiches, Fries, Burgers, Grilled Paneer cubes, Chocolate Sandwiches along with mug cakes.
I wanted a dip that would be great on all these dishes. You can spread this Homemade Creamy Cheese Sauce on Burgers, Sandwiches, and as a dip for the fries. It was a total hit and we loved the creamy texture. This sauce is very easy to make and stays good for 3 to 4 days when stored in an airtight container.
Do read the other recipes included in the Pyjama Party Platter and enjoy this creamy dip. We are starting a new BM edition and for the second week, Let's make some Condiments. I will be sharing some easy-to-make, simple sauces for this week.

Ingredients Used in making this creamy cheese sauce
We can make this dip as the regular white sauce, the same as how you make a roux with flour and butter. I have added other ingredients like cornflour to thicken the sauce.
Flavouring agents like Onion powder and garlic powder are added. You can add pizza seasoning like mixed herbs as well.
Mixed Cheese: I have added a mix of Cheddar and Parmesan Cheese that adds more taste and extra creaminess to the sauce.

This is very similar to the cheese sauce I used to make! But now my son doesn’t like white sauce so i stopped preparing it. I use it for pasta but good idea to use as a dip too.

I do make this sauce and my daughter loves it. Parmesan cheese being non vegetarian, I avoid it and use only Amul cheese slices. So your version must be more creamy and tasty
