Ingredients

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Green Chilli Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Onions
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Cooking Oil

For the Pasta

  • 1 cup Pasta boiled
  • 1/4 cup Onions
  • 1 tbsp Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Pepper Sauce
  • Cheese grated for topping
  • Red Chilli Flakes

Instructions

For the Green Pepper Sauce

  • Heat a pan with oil, saute the chopped green capsicum, onions and garlic. Cook till the vegetables get slightly cooked and done. Cool and blend to a smooth puree.

For the Pasta

  • Boil the pasta as per instructions, drain and toss it in cooking oil, keep it aside

Making the pasta

  • Heat a pain with cooking oil, saute the onion julienne until colour changes slightly.
  • Add the green pepper sauce, pepper powder and salt. Cook till it is cooked well.
  • Next add the grated cheese and quickly mix everything well.
  • Add the boiled pasta and combine everything well together. Make sure its not too thick, add little water while the flame is on still.
  • In a serving bowl, add the cooked pasta, top it with grated cheese, red chilies flakes and microwave for a minute, serve hot.
