For the Sauce
1/4cupGreen Chilli Pepper

2tspGarlic
Salt to taste

For the Pasta
1cupPasta boiled
1/4cupOnions
1tbspCheese grated
1tspPepper Powder
Salt to taste
Green Pepper Sauce
Cheese grated for topping
Red Chilli Flakes
Instructions
For the Green Pepper Sauce
Heat a pan with oil, saute the chopped green capsicum, onions and garlic. Cook till the vegetables get slightly cooked and done. Cool and blend to a smooth puree.
For the Pasta
Boil the pasta as per instructions, drain and toss it in cooking oil, keep it aside
Making the pasta
Heat a pain with cooking oil, saute the onion julienne until colour changes slightly.
Add the green pepper sauce, pepper powder and salt. Cook till it is cooked well.
Next add the grated cheese and quickly mix everything well.
Add the boiled pasta and combine everything well together. Make sure its not too thick, add little water while the flame is on still.
In a serving bowl, add the cooked pasta, top it with grated cheese, red chilies flakes and microwave for a minute, serve hot.
