Ingredients
1cupsCurds / thick hung curds or Greek Yogurt
3 /4cupSugar
A PinchSalt
1tbspAlmond chopped
1tbspPistachios chopped
1tbspCashews chopped
1tbspWalnuts chopped
1tbspRaisins
1tspDates seedless, chopped
Few strands Saffron
A PinchCardamon
Mixed Nuts for Garnish
Instructions
Take the curds and place it on a sieve to drain overnight. You will get thick curds with whey water separated.
Take 1 cup of thick hung curds and whisk well. Add powdered sugar and beat in to incorporate completely. Mix a small pinch of salt and let it set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Soak the saffron in a tbsp of milk and when it dissolves, mix it to the hung curds along with all chopped nuts and fruits.
