Take all the ingredients except milk, and mix well.
Slowly add the milk and make a thin batter, if required add water.
Since I was running short of milk and making with 3 cups of flour, I added 2 parts milk, 1 part water.
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Heat a nonstick pan and add butter.
Pour a ladleful of batter and swirl for the batter to coat the pan.
Simmer the flame and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Flip to the other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve hot with condensed milk drizzled on top.
