Fruit Salad with Mint Lemon Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Assorted Fruits
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Mint Leaves ground
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  • Add the sugar and water and bring to a boil. Simmer till it gets little thick. Add ground fresh mint leaves. Let it sit for a while.
  • Have all the fruits chopped to bite size. When ready to serve, serve on the plate, drizzle the dressing over it and serve.
