Fruit Salad with Mint Lemon Drizzle
- 2 cups Assorted Fruits
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Mint leaves ground
- 1/2 cup Water
- Add the sugar and water and bring to a boil. Simmer till it gets little thick. Add ground fresh mint leaves. Let it sit for a while.
- Have all the fruits chopped to bite size. When ready to serve, serve on the plate, drizzle the dressing over it and serve.
