Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Mint Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fried Gram
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1- inch Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kalanamak / Black Salt

Instructions

  • Wash and soak the herbs well to remove dirt.
  • Drain and chop the herbs.
  • Take the chopped green chilies, ginger along with the fried gram in a mixer jar.
  • Pulse the ingredients for a couple of times.
  • Next add coriander and mint leaves to the jar.
  • Add little water as required to make it a smooth paste.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add salt, sugar and kala namak.
  • Mix well and squeeze in the lemon juice.
