Ingredients
1/2cupCoriander Leaves
2tablespoonMint Leaves
1tablespoonFried Gram
3Green Chillies
1-inchGinger
1teaspoonSugar
Salt to taste
2teaspoonLemon Juice
1/8teaspoonKalanamak / Black Salt
Instructions
Wash and soak the herbs well to remove dirt.
Drain and chop the herbs.
Take the chopped green chilies, ginger along with the fried gram in a mixer jar.
Pulse the ingredients for a couple of times.
Next add coriander and mint leaves to the jar.
Add little water as required to make it a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl, add salt, sugar and kala namak.
