Ice Cream Sandesh | How to make Khoya Kulfi Sandesh

Ice Cream Sandesh or Sandesh Kulfi is an interesting twist of the Indian Kulfi made with fresh chhana or paneer. Sandesh Kulfi requires just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Paneer / Chhana / Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Khoya
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • Mixed Nuts finely chopped

Instructions

  • Once you have the soft chhana prepared for making Bengali sweets, take the chhana in a mixer.
  • Add the condensed milk, fresh cream, khoya and blend to a soft and smooth paste.
  • Transfer to a single serving bowl, if you use silicon, its best to unmould and serve.
  • Freeze overnight or for at least 4 to 6 hours.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts.
