Punch down the dough, dust your rolling sheet with flour and roll the dough out into a 1/2 inch thickness and 15-inch rectangle or circle length.
Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 2-inch border all around without sauce.
Save 1/2 cup of grated cheese and sprinkle the rest over the dough.
Next drizzle the olive oil, sprinkle with basil and pepper powder, red chili flakes.
Starting from the bottom, roll dough into a log, tucking in the filling as you go so that it does not escape the sides. Pinch the dough together at the seam to seal the rolls.
Flip over so that the pinched seam is facing down. Use a sharp knife to cut into 7 huge rolls, and place in greased 8-inch pan.
Brush melted butter on the top of the dough.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and some herbs.
Leave it inside the oven and proof again until the dough fills the pan, about 30 to 60 minutes in a warm kitchen.
Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 15 to 20 mins or until the buns are browned on the outside and cooked, yet soft, on the inside.
Remove the bread from the oven. Let it rest in the pan over a wire rack for 10 minutes, then gently remove the bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
Warm bread tastes excellent!
