Ingredients
1large Mango Raw1 cup boiled
2Cardamomcrushed
1/4cupSugar / Jaggery increase as per taste
A PinchPepper Powder
A PinchBlack Salt Kala Namak
Few Mint Leaves crushed
Few Lemon Slices
Instructions
Wash and pressure cook the raw mango with enough water.
Once the pressure falls down, remove the skin and make a pulp.
Add all the spices along with crushed mint leaves
Add the sweeter and mix well. Let this sit in the fridge to get chilled.
