Ingredients
2nos Rotis
1/2cupOnions sliced
Handful Spring Onion White
1/4cupCarrot thinly sliced
1/4cupCapsicum thinly sliced
2 to 3 Garlic finely chopped
1/2tspGreen Chilli Sauce
1tspRed Chili flakes
1tbspTomato Ketchup
1/4tspSoya Sauce
Salt to taste
Handful Spring Onion Green
Instructions
Roll the rotis tightly and chop into thin strips like noodles.
Slice all the vegetables.
Heat a nonstick pan with oil and saute all the chopped vegetables along with spring onions white.
Add red chili flakes, salt to taste and crushed garlic.
Add green chili sauce, tomato sauce.
Once the veggies are cooked, add the roti strips and toss them well.
