Wash and soak rice for 10 mins.
Heat a cooker, sauté chopped Garlic, clove, cinnamon, cumin seeds. Fry for a min, then sauté onions till they are brown Then add the ginger garlic paste, green chilies and sauté well.
Wash the sprouts and add to the pan, fry in sim for 2 mins, add the drained rice. Mix.everything well. Add 3 cups of water, salt, and cover and cook for 3 whistles.
This takes about 15 – 20 mins to get done. Serve with Buttermilk raitha.
