For the last and final day of Festival Dishes for Diwali, I have this yet another quick microwave burfi. I made this after making the Milk Fudge, using milk powder again. This has cream and melted choco chips as the base. I have also used cocoa powder for the extra chocolate kick.
This stays for a while and you can easily make it ahead before the festival for gifting to friends as well. I made this along with the Milk Fudge and kids were trying to gobble both one after the other. I told them that this will stay for couple of days, so they could go easy with it.

    Microwave Chocolate Burfi
    Ingredients Needed:
    Milk Powder  - 4 cups
Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 cup
    Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
    Chocolate Chips - 3/4 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 2 tsp
    Choco Chips for garnish.
How to make the Chocolate Burfi
In a microwave safe bowl, add the milk powder, cream and sugar. Mix well and microwave for 5 - 6 mins.
Remove and using a spatula, combine everything well. Microwave again for 2 mins.
Once done, add the cocoa powder and combine everything well.
Melt the choco chips for 2 mins. Using spatula mix well. Add this to the fudge. Give a good stir and pour this on a greased plate.
Top it with the choco chips and refrigerator.
    Cut into small pieces.
