We are starting the second week of BM#40. I selected to make Evening Snacks. Though it's vacation time for kids now, I still have to make something for them to munch during the evening. It's a different thing that my kids are munching on some snacks throughout the day.
I made these burgers for Konda's Birthday party and it was served for the evening snack. I wanted to be more adventurous and make the burgers myself as well. But decided to stick with just the cutlets. I used all the vegetables, along with chickpea paste, which really made this very crispy and more like falafal.

I even made more to freeze the cutlet, just as I did the last time. Kids enjoyed Cutlets on Toast the next day.

Never tried deep fried burger patti before. Using garbanzo beans is such a nice idea, they are so flavorful. The party guests must have been happy.
