Chocolate Pom Poms are the easiest dessert you can come up with when you are either short of time or even worse short of ideas!

If you had noticed, I haven't been able to do the first week of this month's BM. I just have too many things on hand to handle and naturally, blogging took a back seat. When I say blogging, I meant my cooking. Writing or working on the pictures is a breeze, finding time to cook is the main problem.

I found myself sitting with my twins to study with them for their next exams and that hardly gave me anytime to think about cooking for the blog. I found it so strange that even cooking the easiest ones for the blog turned out to a tedious task and I simply dropped the idea. So I decided I will pick the simplest of the lot and try making it.

This Chocolate Pom Poms came up during my search for Fall desserts and I landed in Delish site to read about the recipe. Its a simple 2 ingredient of milk chocolate and pomegranate set together. There is no recipe as such. I made this couple of days ago and Chinnu was seeing me make it. He loves pomegranate but couldn't accept it is combined with chocolate. He was strongly against me adding it. I said I was making this recipe so naturally I have to add them together. Just as I guess both of them didn't like it. Chinnu ate the Pomegranate separately and licked the chocolate later. The whole stuff finally went to Konda's snack box.

This 2 Ingredient Snack is part of the Week 2 BM#82 Fall Fruit Desserts. Now don't ask me if Pomegranate is a fall fruit. I was lead to a list of easy fall desserts in Delish site, which I am not able to find now. I am sticking to this for now!Chocolate Pom Poms

I guess sometimes we have to decide on our priorities , kids need your attention , glad you could make the dessert for this week . Pomegranate and chocolate sound lovely , the tiny seeds would give a super crunch .

They look sinful and to think that it is only as easy as layering chocolate with pom is mind blowing.
