Grilled Paneer Pizza Sandwich is a sandwich that everybody would simply love as it has grilled paneer, roasted vegetables, and pizza ingredients stuffed in between.

Kids simply love this one as their favorite pizza comes in a different form. My cooking for kids is very simple and not too complicated. Meaning it is very easy to please my kids as they only like a handful of things.

It depends on how you look at it if you think it's tough to work with just a handful of ingredients or you can create different things with the same stuff that they like. While  I realized that they are not going to change the way they like their food, I decided I would cook it differently in such a way that everything that's offered is to their liking.

It seems like all sandwiches that I have been making, I do with almost the same ingredients cooked in different ways and they still feel it is a new one and enjoy it. Furthermore, they are game for anything looks and sounds like Pizza.

So this Grilled Paneer Pizza Sandwich is made with grilled paneer pieces stuffed with pizza sauce and other ingredients that are topped over a pizza. This sandwich was a super duper hit with them and they were going like I must repeat it again soon.

One thing they know and I do as well is, there is never a repeat of dishes in our kitchen, except maybe a few handfuls that are their top favorite. If this sandwich seems like an easy one to me, yes it is surely easy.

You can use this Mint chutney as a spread on sandwiches like this.

I like the way you think - Since you are so positive , its easy to please the kids and I guess all kids love anything related to pizza . Paneer of course is another all time favourite , kudos for working around the same ingredients , it’s not easy :))

Never tasted panner in bread or pizza, yours is tempting me to try Valli. Those sandwiches look sooo good.

I am a big time lover of paneer pizza, but my kids just don't get me. Too bad they didn't grow up in India when pizzas were just coming out. I still order all kind of Paneer flavored pizza when I come to India. I would make these for me any day for lunch!

As Sandhya mentioned, my kids are not fans of paneer in a pizza but I have been noticing recently that kids in India are crazy over panner and cheese based pizzas. This sandwich sure sounds like one right in their ally.
